RS-485 Converters

Up

Several of the HART Multiplexers that may be employed to implement an on-line HART instrument network with Cornerstone software require a hardware device to convert the computer's RS-232 I/O to RS-485.  The list below indicates RS-232 to RS-485 converter models that are known or believed to be compatible with Cornerstone ComLib software used to provide the interface between the PC and the HART Multiplexer equipment.  Other models may also be suitable, but testing should be done to determine compatibility with the HART Multiplexer and Cornerstone software.
